Returns & Refunds Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

1. Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 calendar days of order receipt.
2. All items have a limited 7-day return period.
3. Products must not be used and must be in original packaging for return.
4. Request returns/refunds on the website or via email.
5. Once received, returned products are inspected for resalable condition.
6. A restocking charge of AED 25 applies to orders over AED 2000 if returned.
7. Rewind Kart may deny returns/refunds for used or non-resalable products.
8. Some items may not be eligible for returns, as stated on the product page.
